Hello {{first_name}},

Live Webinar: Wednesday, November 5th, 2025
Time:  11AM PT / 2PM ET

Your customer data is everywhere, but nowhere you can actually use it. Customer interactions live in one platform, campaign performance in another, and audience signals are scattered across a dozen more. Traditional data sharing either compromises privacy or leaves money on the table.

Clean room technology changes this by connecting fragmented data while meeting privacy requirements. Join experts from LinkedIn, SAS, and LiveRamp to see how B2B brands are measuring what matters and proving marketing ROI. You’ll hear SAS share real results from their implementation and leave with practical steps to get started.

You’ll walk away with insights on:

  • How to connect customer data across platforms without compromising privacy
  • What SAS learned from implementing clean rooms with LinkedIn and LiveRamp
  • Practical steps to prove marketing’s impact on revenue, not just impressions
  • How clean room technology supports compliance while enabling measurement

CloudPapers is committed to ensuring that any personal business data it holds is kept secure, processed in a fair and lawful manner and managed in compliance with all applicable data protection laws.

We have obtained your contact details from cloudpapers.com. The data that we have collected in relation to you includes business email address and business contact information. Prior to contacting you today, CloudPapers carried out limited data profiling using your role, organization name and geographic location to identify you as someone who might be both eligible for and interested in the business information we have available.

Data Collection and Use

All personal business data received in relation to marketing activities conducted by CloudPapers or on behalf of its partners and clients is stored and used by CloudPapers. You can contact CloudPapers by e-mail at info@cloudpapers.com.

CloudPapers will only use your business data for the specific marketing campaigns to which you have consented to participate in, and should you agree that it may do so, to keep you informed of any future campaigns or information that it believes may be of interest to you.

Data transfers

To enable your participation in business marketing campaigns and so that CloudPapers and its partners can contact you in relation to any future campaigns, products or services that might be of interest to you, CloudPapers may share your information with selected partner(s) and their client(s). As part of this process, it may sometimes be necessary to transfer your personal business data to outside the European Economic Area but such a transfer will only take place where the third party has guaranteed the same level of protection that your information would receive inside the European Economic Area.

Data retention

CloudPapers will retain certain information relating to you only for as long as reasonably necessary so that CloudPapers can stay in touch with you and provide information about future business marketing campaigns. At any time, you have the right to request, and can do so by contacting CloudPapers via e-mail, using the details provided above, the following:

  • a copy of the data that CloudPapers holds relating to you or request further details of how CloudPapers uses and stores your data;
  • a correction to your data, should any of the data that CloudPapers holds in relation to you be incorrect;
  • that CloudPapers transmit all or any data in relation to you to a third party in a commonly used electronic format;
  • that CloudPapers cease to continue to use or process you data, though this will not affect any processing that has been carried out prior to your request being received; and
  • that CloudPapers deletes any or all personal business data held in relation to you, unless carrying out your request would result in it breaching other legal or regulatory obligations, at which point CloudPapers would inform you that we are unable to do so.

Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This would not affect any use of your data carried out up until that point, but would have immediate effect from when CloudPapers receive your request.

Enquiries

Should you have any enquiries regarding the collection and use of your data, you can contact CloudPapers Data Protection Officer or other individual/committee representative responsible for data protection matters via e-mail at info@cloudpapers.com.

Complaints

If for any reason you are unhappy with CloudPapers use of your data and wish to lodge a complaint, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office as the supervisory authority within the UK. You can do so using their website at ico.org.uk by clicking the Report a concern link and then following the steps found on the page.
